All that came in after him were courteous and thorough professionals and after a while, we thought this couldn’t continue, and were waiting for the inevitable issue that you always hear about during construction projects. It never came! The Project manager Yuri was still available and responded essentially immediately to any questions or concerns, and were extremely fair if we talked about upgrades to the scope. “We contacted DOTCH Construction & Renovation after the flood in my condo apartment which was caused by a dishwasher malfunction. Yury was very understanding, supportive, ready to provide explanations, reason with the insurance company, and submit the necessary paperwork. As a result, the insurance company awarded him the Reno contract. He also was able to see some additional problem initially overlooked by the insurance company and convince them that identified work that needed to be done. Unfortunately, because of the major repairs in the building, lockers were out of reach, and contents had to stay inside the apartment. Yury’s team had to work around condo contents, disassemble and move furniture, and pretty much renovate the place bottom to top with the materials around in the three weeks insurance company requested to complete the work.
